Terms of service

These terms are between you and Jintavo (ABN 93 112 058 687), located in NSW 2000, Australia. By creating an account you agree to them.

The product

We sell the three courses listed on this website, at the prices shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Accounts

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password private. Billing details you enter are used on tax invoices. You are responsible for their accuracy.

Invoices and payment

Enrolment issues a tax invoice. Payment is due on issue, in Australian dollars. Quote the invoice number when you pay. Arrange payment via support@jintavo.com. We may cancel an unpaid invoice if payment is not arranged.

Use of the lessons

Lessons are for your own learning. You may not copy them for resale, publish them, or share a login. Course material is education. It is not legal, financial, or personal tax advice.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our refund policy explains change-of-mind requests and does not limit those rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our failing to provide the course with due care. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
